Meet the Founder of the 100 Day Playbook
I was the kid that could never stick to anything. I would do things for a bit, and then eventually fall off. This made me have 0 self confidence. I turned to toxic vehicles to run away from my problems— I turned to food.
I got to a point where I was 65lbs overweight, lazy, suicidal and felt like there was no getting better. I was 225lbs and hated myself. I highly considered ending my life. But I knew there was more. I could feel that I had more to give.
I reached a breaking point where I said enough is enough. I realized that I was the only person capable of changing my life.
I structured my day with habits that helped me progress.
Within 5 months, I lost the 65LBS, transformed my level of energy and built real confidence. I ended up creating the system I used for that change and gave it a name— the 100 Day Playbook.
After creating this Playbook, I became someone that genuinely enjoys life, achieves my goals and is energized from 5am-10pm every single day.
I now travel across North America speaking to 50,000+ Students a year helping them achieve their goals and create epic lives.
